Transparency as a program
When Oliver Häcker took over the butchery of his grandparents from a tenant by the end of 2008, it soon became clear that after 30 years of utilisation a renovation was a must. The selling zone was out-of-date and no longer met the requirements of the Häckers. As the only butchery still in town they wanted to strike far beyond the city borders through this refurbishment.
AICHINGER's consultant Uwe Dörner supported the owners with a new shop concept and supervised the project during the whole renovation process. They opted for the counter range ARTline that convinced through a clear form language creating a completely new and transparent ambiance in the sales room.
The safety of his customers is top priority to the butcher master Häcker and thus he went for a refrigerated SIRIUS® counter with circulating air cooling system: "In terms of hygiene it had to be the best of all options." The SIRIUS® guarantees a consistently low core temperature and low goods drying and still an optimal goods presentation. Large format graphics of local pictures complete the look of the new sales zone.
The investment has paid off; the results justify Häckers commitment. The new store does not only appeal to regular customers; new ones were attracted as well. The renovated butcher shop is modern and transparent, and underlines the craftsmanship and the personality of a family business.
