Rustic bakery Bosselmann in the ECE Center, Hanover
Bright idea: customized shop concept with a "tarte flambée" and tailor-made furniture.
"Never be standard, always state-of -the art...". This is how the rustic bakery Bosselmann operates its almost 30 outlets in Hanover area. Following Dr. Gerhard Bosselmann's philosophy preference is given to handmade production compared to industrial production.
In order to make understand these demanding quality expectations Bosselmann's business goes for individualization. The last shop opened up in autumn 2008 in the ECE Center of Hanover significantly stands for it. The customer benefits from a sales area and a seating area with about 20 seats.
Taking into account a total of 160 shops in the huge ECE Center the architects of the Bosselmann outlet do not only want to rely on the favorable situation right in one of the two entry zones having a top customer frequency anyway: They realized a maximum of content with strong visual accents on a minimum space.
The AICHINGER representative Ernst Sobottka attending to Bosselmann over many years already and also advising him this time opted for individualized furniture and the color white. The counter of almost 8 m length and the bread shelf are fully customized solutions. Through its totally support-less glass tops and the brilliance of its white color the counter has a very strong impact. The completely adjustable bread shelf offers maximum transparency.
Behind the bread shelf there is another highlight: an extra-large oven (1.50m) to not only produce crispy bread rolls but a specialty bakery Bosselmann is famous for: "tarte flambée" in many topping varieties being prepared in front of the customer. We-shoplight light designers completed the shop concept with a bright lighting in the "tarte flambée" zone and in the counter area counting. Twice as many lights were built in as usual with regard to the shop surface. The new Bosselmann outlet now radiates beyond all limits thus attracting more and more customers.
