Schröers Café & Bistro is located in Wiesbaden at a main arterial road with a daily frequency of about 40,000 cars - an own access and exit with parking spaces offers the adequate convenience to mobile customers. Altogether a challenging task for Schröers' shop fitting partner Aichinger that was completed excellently. The manager Jörg Pfeffer: "We took a completely new approach for a bakery business being catering oriented. However we prepare everything freshly on site in order to have a perfect sensation of the components dough, sauce, topping combined all in one. More than the excellent cooperation with the Aichinger planning office Jürgen Böhme it is Aichinger's gastronomic expertise that counts - for example when bringing together service and self-service. All is well thought-out; the satisfying ambiance appreciated by our guests underlines our expectation!"

From 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. on seven days a week Schröers Café & Bistro is there for its customers. "We often go there for brunch on Sundays" says a customer just enjoying her lunch, "our kids always love the freshly baked and nicely presented delicacies. " "And after a stressful working day in the evening I can perfectly relax with my colleagues having a nice meal and listening to good music", a young woman comments enthusiastically.
