With this marketplace concept, nothing is left to chance. Under the motto ?Good.Fresh.Enjoy,? the new restaurant is completely dedicated to the fresh-flow principle and demonstrates this commitment every day anew. At 10 different service stations ? from the juice bar to the pizza, pasta, and grill stations to the wok kitchen ? the meals are freshly prepared. Even the pasta is homemade. The ingredients are delivered fresh daily and processed directly before the customer?s eyes. That demonstrates quality and freshness.
Already at the premiere in Sulzbach, the AICHINGER planning team around architect Reinhard Meisel played a decisive role in the development of the concept. ?With regard to size, frequency and logistics, the DINEA Restaurant in Frankfurt sets new standards,? says Reinhard Meisel. The customers here have even more insight into the rear areas; everything is rigorously transparent. After the six-week-long total renovation, the grand opening was celebrated last fall.
The guests have almost 400 seats available in various areas ? added to that is one of the most beautiful rooftop terraces in Frankfurt with the most modern lounge furniture and an incomparable view of the Frankfurt skyline.
