A major step forward in bistro culture.
How to reach today's consumers and increase customer retention to your shop? New gastronomical concepts, creative ideas for shop layouts and all kinds of a mixed approach need to be thought out carefully in order to meet your target groups' taste. So the question here was how to do a major step forward in bistro culture. Together the operating manager Mike Schmitz and the AICHINGER consultant Jan Drescher developed a puristic and after all intelligent concept.
The Puoro in Garmisch-Partenkirchen is combining two business concepts: on one hand a bistro, on the other hand an authentical delicatessen shop offering exclusive assortments. Having view of the mountain Zugspitze the Puoro was incorporated as a shop-in-shop into the Jura World of Coffee. Most delicious Italian specialities, top-quality coffees and excellent wines are in the focus. Stylish cooking accessories complete the range of products offered.
Mike Schmitz has a clear perspective: "The contemporary design satisfies today's customer expectations." Even the local people are enthusiastic about the new ambiance of Puoro.
A definite benefit is the self-service system backed up by service people for increased sales. A further advantage is a customer account card to guarantee that e.g. you can order and pay your favourite coffee mix - the coffee roaster being a real eye-catcher - having every time a constant quality standard. Anyway the king is the customer.
Thus AICHINGER succeeded in setting the stage for a perfect harmony between the Jura World of Coffee and the Puoro. The ensemble was crowned of a convincing lighting concept delivered by we-shoplight. The furnishing - tables, seats and display modules - followed the principle of maximum flexibility in order to give space and ambiance for all kind of extraordinary events.
