Dolce - Café and pastry at a spot, Bexbach/Homburg
Earlier a spot to sell cars, today one of the first café-locations in the region.
After opening in autumn 2008 the new café-pastry shop Dolce operated by the family Conrad it developed an incredible appeal. The customers are coming from all over, be it far away or from the neighbourhood, to buy bread, have an excellent coffee and enjoy delicious pastry. Even more to say: Shortly after the opening the Dolce became the topic talk of the day even with experts. Many people operating cafés, pastry shops and other representatives of the bakery guild and regional gastronomy visit the Dolce to get themselves inspired by the outstanding flair of this individual concept.
The new concept results from a cooperation full of trust and respect. The Conrad family asked the AICHINGER representative Bernd Ott based in Neunkirchen office for support in its idea how to set up an individually designed café with pastry offer and snacks at lunch time at a highly frequented location in Bexbach/Homburg Neunkirchen. An adequate property has been found already. Formerly it was an about 300 sqm-showroom of an Audi- and VW dealer by the way with a lot of parking spaces due to its situation close to a traffic circle. Where before brand-new mirror finished cars lighted the eyes of their new owners now the Dolce - after a comprehensive re-construction a brilliant gastronomical prototype ? entered the stage.
Tightly coordinated with the Conrad family the key parameters for the gastronomical concept of Dolce were fixed. In the process the operators gave almost free rein to the AICHINGER representative Bernd Ott and his excellent planners? team including Ursula Burkhardt and Isabell Gawron. Merely the budget was bindingly agreed upon at the beginning of the project already. Beside this the Conrad family wanted to let itself be inspired and convinced by the creative ideas of the planners? team. Apart from conception and interior design the AICHINGER team also should be in charge of the overall coordination of the construction works. Thus they delivered the Dolce turn-key to their owners.
The customer?s great confidence in the overall conception and project management capabilities of the planning team paid off. Based on this a gastronomical state-of-the-art event location was born and easily became a nationwide favourite. The Dolce captivates you not only by night - through its interior, the highlight colour purple-bordeaux and its large front glass it sets strong accents with a perfect visibility even from a distance.
We-shoplight?s demanding light concept, glass cubes illuminated from inside, black chandeliers and huge lilac blossoms on the wall: These are just a few outstanding design elements that make the Dolce a unique location. By the way it offers also an attractive outdoor area during summer season.
Latest technology "created by AICHINGER" to be added. The most convenient Opus counter is a functional highlight to present the delicious product range. At its side you have a Versio hot counter for lunchtime dishes. Worth mentioning as well the flexible bakery shelf PANEVARI® and a Coca Cola cooler to offer cold drinks integrated into the AICHINGER counter line near the service zone.
