Pizza and pasta freshly prepared in front of the guests within seconds
Seducing customers by means of culinary offers needs extraordinary ideas. Mr. Gözlükaya's CICCO'S shows us how it works: Pizza and pasta are prepared to the minute within 30 seconds only.
The response is incredible. Even more than that: The concept exceeds all expectations. The manager Mr. Gözlükaya already now beats all sales forecasts, almost 3 months after the opening.
In March 2008 CICCO'S in Mira Shopping Centre at Schleißheimer Street in Munich for the first time invited guests to the hot double of pizza and pasta. Up to then this gastronomic concept already has been realised three times: in Olympia Shopping Centre Munich, in City Point Centre Nuremberg and in the Arcades Centre Regensburg. With regard to these four live-cooking-restaurants the customer was comprehensively advised by the AICHINGER representative Georg Oberloher. He was responsible for the projects' conceptualisation and implementation.
With CICCO'S the architects faced a specific difficulty. The restaurant is located in the basement. Thus big efforts had to be taken to bring along the counters and heavy equipment via the elevator. Today nobody would have in mind these challenges any more. The restaurant appears bright and pleasant through its stylish trend colours.
At the first glance you will realise that in CICCO'S it is all for the well-being of the guests. A special lighting technique let the front of the pizza counter almost be on fire. In the close-by bar zone you can eat the pizza right from the oven. Behind the pasta - and salad counter you find a cosy seating zone with reddish-orange walls and big round luminaries.
By the way the listing of fast and tasty pizza and pasta addresses is not at all complete. The manager Mr. Gözlükaya wants to expand even more. AICHINGER's support is thus requested also in the future. With many guests to look forward to the quick double of pizza and pasta in many places.
