What is ErgoSave:
A self-service system for unpackaged bakery products based on the Food Hygiene Regulations (HACCP/LMHV). The display shelf levels are appropriate for rolls, pretzels, baguette loaves, and bread (185 or 200 mm). ErgoSave meets all Food Hygiene Regulation (HACCP) guidelines. ErgoSave complies with the Bavarian State Office for Health and Food Safety (LGL) recommendations. ErgoSave tested positive in all points by the State Trade Agency (LGA)
